HOLISTIC ARTIST SUPPORT PROGRAM

Our Holistic Artist Support Program shines a spotlight on the extraordinary musical talent within the DRC, creating opportunities for artists to share their music with their communities, country, and the world. Through concerts, album recordings, speaking engagements, and video productions, we amplify the voices of musicians across all genres.

Despite the beauty and resilience within the DRC, the country is often overshadowed by perceptions of violence and despair. We work with artists to harness the transformative power of their music to celebrate their rich culture, challenge negative stereotypes, and promote narratives of strength, perseverance, and hope. By connecting musicians with local communities, diplomatic circles, NGOs, educational institutions, government bodies, and local and international corporations — key stakeholders and decision-makers in the DRC — we empower them to become catalysts for social change and peace-building.

Our goal is to showcase their talent and transform the perception of musicians — highlighting them as ambassadors, leaders, and changemakers who inspire and uplift their communities through the universal language of music.

ALBUM PRODUCTION

We produce albums for artists who are using their voices to spread messages of hope, perseverance, and unity, empowering them to uplift their communities and inspire positive change. These musicians, who come from regions marked by ongoing challenges, harness the transformative power of music to highlight their rich cultural heritage and offer narratives of resilience and beauty from the DRC.

By distributing these albums exclusively on our dedicated platform, PlayMB, we ensure that the majority of proceeds go directly to the artists, providing them with vital financial support to sustain their livelihoods. This model allows them to live with dignity, confidence, and purpose, fostering an environment where they can continue creating and sharing their art. In doing so, they are not only preserving their cultural traditions but also changing perceptions and shifting the narrative of their country, demonstrating that music can be a powerful force for social change, healing, and community empowerment.

Workshops

We empower musicians to discover purpose and meaning, even amidst challenging circumstances. By providing essential resources, mentorship, and access to valuable networks, we equip them to reclaim the narrative of their country, standing tall as musical ambassadors and agents of positive change.

OUTREACH

Our program is dedicated to sending talented local musicians to communities in eastern DRC that are facing profound challenges, such as orphanages, refugee camps, and areas affected by ongoing conflict and instability. These musicians, who deeply understand the struggles of their region, offer more than just music classes — they bring connection, comfort, and hope to those who need it most.

This initiative aims to foster a sense of belonging and community, offering moments of joy and togetherness that transcend daily hardships. Through the universal language of music, we promote emotional healing, inspire resilience, and provide a much-needed respite from the difficulties of life in these circumstances. By sharing their talent and cultural heritage, these musicians uplift spirits and remind those facing adversity that they are seen, valued, and not alone.
